I have a tig200, and after watching this i have a better understanding of how to make clean welds. Can you make a video that show how to weld aluminum intercooler piping?

Enjoyed the video, but poor Joe with the camara. I would have thought a company as large as yours could afford a reasonable tripod plus an auto-darkening lens cover so that he can at least set up the shot before the arc is struck and not have to hunt around in the dark.

I thoroughly enjoy these kinds of videos when presented by someone that has a comprehensive understanding of the topic. Kudos to you, and thank you for sharing the knowledge. Only piece of constructive criticism I have to offer is to echo the other comments on this - weld together a tripod for the camera. Joe's doing a fine job, but Hercules himself cannot hold a handheld steady for 54 and a half minutes... :)

add more tack welds and lower your amperage. you should be able to fuse the entire panel in one run or weld cooler by back stepping.

you don´t have to protect camera eye, cameras can look strait on the welding flame without a ploblem!
