FROZEN WHIPPED COFFEE ☕️

I‘ve seen @coffeebro0 freezing his whipped coffee and honestly: it’s a game changer!😮‍💨
RECIPE (5-6 servings, 10min prep time):
-4 Tbsp instant coffee
-4 Tbsp hot water
-4 Tbsp sugar or maple syrup
Whip until stiff peaks.
Freeze overnight.
Serve on ice with plant milk.

You can add coconut milk to this (whisk it in) and some dark chocolate chips to make a banging coffee ice cream
