Hey everyone!

In today's video I am going to show you how to upgrade, downgrade and delete both Python and R packages using the Anaconda Navigator. Inspiration for this video came from when I was struggling to downgrade the current Tensorflow package that I was using for Machine Learning.

hi there, thank you very much for the video man....I.m trying to install a spyder with lower version now (3.6 or 3.7), however when I tried to create a new environment, the python option in the packages section only has 3.8 as the options. How can I get a lower python in the python packages selection? Thank you very much

is it possible to downgrade tensorflow in the same way??

I am having python 3.9 version can I degrade it to version 3.7 through this process
