Metabase 0.40: multiple questions in dashboards, improved data selection, SQL questions results.

Building dashboards is now a lot easier in Metabase 0.40. We've also made it simpler to use your saved questions as starting data, improved Metabase's performance, and, as always, added a bunch of other fixes and enhancements.
