Just got this helmet with an intercom system, and its impossible to remove button cover from the helmet

This is the most uncomfortable helmet I’ve ever bought. I’ve only had it for 24 hours, used it once I will never use it again. It pushes down so hard on the top of your head, the visor optics are distorted, and the drop down sun visor doesn’t drop down far enough and you end up looking half through the sun visor, and half not. The helmet has absolutely no chin room, I cannot close the chin bar with the chin curtain on as it hits my chin, and I’m basically eating the microphone (this helmet seems to have been designed for those with a round oval head rather than an intermediate oval, but that’s not advertised anywhere). Combine that with the fact that the Insyde comms unit is an old (and inferior) Cardo unit and this is just a very (expensive) poor product. I’ll be going back to my far more comfortable Bell SRT Modular thanks.
