You have to set the little latch on the middle of the visor all the way TOWARDS the shell, and this way the visor seals perfectly. (mine is size Medium, manufactured in 2022)

Tested on my XL, and is perfect ! Very sealed comparing with MT Atom XL, 2 year usage !

I'm not sure that this is accurate. When having so much pressure at one point is misleading. The pressure would be all over the visor, and compress it, to seal more.

Which helmet would you recommend? I am looking for full carbon touring type and max safety but can not decide.
