For 30 days, I did an intentional spending challenge where I tracked my spending in four key areas of my life: Target, Amazon, baby items, and food. Here's what happened. 😱

Intentional spending is clutch! Understanding where your money is going and taking control of that is such a huge step to financial independence.

This was really interesting! I’d love to see this as a series on your channel every quarter, tracking different categories each time!

Great reflection over the past 30-days of spending Justine! I enjoy making memories with family and friends and having experiences together can be more meaningful than exchanging physical gifts with one another. Sometimes I will classify dinners out for these experiences/celebrations as Gifts instead of Food to reframe the purpose of them.

Could you do a video on creating a trip budget please?😍

Excellent video. I think this video 📹 its one of the best because it shows how you have matured and learned on your journey. I am ready to buy your book 😉.
Also, I am debt free working on my Emergency fund and after a couple of years struggling to pay my student loans it feels very wrong to spend a few dollars extra here and therr. Thank you for sharing and helping the community, great reflection and very good exercise! 💞

great insight! I am thinking of tracking my dining out/take out category. which one that I do to enjoy the food or the moment and which one I do just for convenience (I don't want to cook or I didn't prepare my day/week well)... thanks for the idea!

Thanks for this video! I need to be more intentional with my spending. I thought my Amazon and Target spending were bad, but I only spent $60 at Amazon and $50 at Target, which seems to be my average. I rarely buy my 3 year old clothes, most of it is hand me downs. I probably spend $100 total (a year) on clothes for her and maybe $50 (a year) on clothes for myself. This month I spent too much on fast food and eating out. I normally spend $50ish and this month I spent $200 🙃 my biggest weakness is also buying fragrance oils and micas for my business lol I have way more than enough to last me for the rest of the year
