V Graphics | DirectX 2.0 | MEGA ENB FPS FIX | How to increase FPS double! | GTA SA San Andreas

Tested on V Graphics ENB and after updating ENB to 0.369 (or newer, which all is unnecessary and causes another performance hit). Read description.
DON'T FORGET TO CLICK SAVE AFTER MAKING CHANGES.
Otherwise, you'll lose your settings on restart.

The first thing. Limiter in ENB options is disabled by default, but enabled "WaitBusyRenderer" still affects game performance, even if limiter is disabled.
Hence, the V Graphics ENB's performance is decreased from the very beginning.
We will disable it.

I didn't test newer 0.398 yet, and 0.369 disappeared from there. This version is described in news archive though, and I linked it above (just in case).
Feel free to test which one has better performance.

Im kinda late, but my problem is that when I use this mod in MTA, my fps is stuck at 36 no matter what, I changed alot of options in the menu already, but nothing, only thing that changes is GPU usage

nothing change my fps was 9 or 16 when the complexshadows are on but when its turned off and shadows was on it became 20-30 fps
