I love that kid that was snatched up when that guy stole their dad's truck. Immediately announcing "That's not my dad! I don't know where my dad is but this guy stole my dad's truck! He's not my dad!"

The clip with the little girl in the hotel makes me sick the fact he was getting dressed and they found her without clothes is gut wrenching

About 25yrs ago a little girl got lost in the woods somewhere in the South (can’t recall exact State). Police made a large search grid. 2 elderly gentlemen who lived in the area heard about the search. They’d both grown up in those woods and felt they knew it better than Search & Rescue. They saddled up horses and packed Snickers bars because they were afraid a small girl would run at the sight of 2 old men on horses approaching her. They looked at the search grid and both felt she was outside of it because they had traversed the woods as kids and knew they could have gotten much further. They decide that kids like water and head to a large stream outside the search grid. BOOM. Girl was right there at the water. She ran to them at the sight of the waving Snickers Bars. No one really knew these men were doing this, but they got the awesome pleasure of bringing her out of the woods and directly to the S&R makeshift HQ at the edge of the forest. She was hungry, but no worse for wear.
I can’t imagine the relief and pride in knowing that your personal knowledge helped save a life.

When they found the little girl in the woods and the cop says "Lord, I love you!!" made me cry!!! You can tell that these men really love their jobs and are so happy to find the children ALIVE!!

The little girl that was kidnapped while walking with her mom. He took her to a hotel room and sexually assaulted her. He was charged with 6 counts of sexual assault of a minor and got life in prison. They did not make short work of finding her. She was found after midnight that night. This was is Fort Worth Texas.

A 2 year old disappeared from his parents camping in a nature reserve. While they were sleeping he unzipped his tent & walked off. A week later a helicopter found him sitting & playing in a puddle of water happy as can be. When the police got to him he cried & did not want yo get out of his muddy puddle. He was sunburned & a little hungry. I often think of that sweet brave baby.

The one in the apartment where they are pounding on the door and he says, "I'm getting dressed" made me feel SICK to my stomach!
