Would You Muck Korean Snails? 🇫🇷🐌

I've had snails a couple of times, both at nice French restaurants. They were fine, but honestly, a good stuffed mushroom has an almost interchangeable flavor for a fraction of the cost and none of the "ick" factor that afflicts some people.

Snails are delicious. My mom used to make escargot when I was younger, that shit is bomb.

It’s basically just a land squid in terms of texture.

Hey Adam, I received purchased a couple of cans of this exact brand of escargot. My thought was to put these 🐌🐌🐌 in some sort of puff pastry as a one bite type of appetizer. Have you ever done this or do you have any suggestions for this.

Snails are a bit like tofu. They taste pretty much like whatever you cook them in. This recipe seems interesting. I’d give it a try.

I have, they aren't terrible, a little chewy, but everything is better with enough garlic butter.

Who was the first person to eat a snail? Wonder why…. Same an oyster. Was it a caveman? A person driven out of the tribe? A child that wanted to make his big sister sick?
