10:06 oh man ! I didn't know that it is changeable. I thought it like when you are in quickshot mode it is always 1080 the device supports. Some of my videos had low les. bcs of that 😢

Just bought my first drone and having watched a few videos I find yours to be the easiest to follow, most logically edited and very informative. You get straight to the points without waffle or repetition and the pause button or replay speed is ther if I get left behind. Really helpful to me, so much so I have not even bothered trying to find the official instructions! Thank you

FYI, subject scanning can only be activated at 30fps or lower, and has to be flying to select. Stupid, and took me an hour with customer support to figure out. You should update your tutorial. Also how to stop shutter sound when taking hyperlapse

At 4:12 you discuss “Signal Lost” RTH and gave example of flying in forest, and setting this to “Hover.” 1) However, doesn’t the drone have obstacle avoidance when in RTH?
2) your suggestion to “hover” would be fine if you’re close to drone, but a serious danger you didn’t mention is if you’re flying the drone far away, in the woods, a city or wherever you may get signal loss. Now the drone will just hover there. And since you have signal loss, it’s going to be pretty hard to find it or move closer to it. So the drone will just sit there hovering, until it does a forced landing. Bye-bye drone.
Wouldn’t it be better to have RTH and trust the obstacle avoidance?

What happens if I have it set to optimal RTH and I am flying at night, as the obstacle avoidance will be disengaged? Does it revert to preset?

When I fired up my Mini4Pro after receiving it last week (which I bought directly from DJI France, with Care Refresh), I was taken immediately through a simple procedure that activated the Care Refresh and Flyaway. I didn't have to initiate it, it just happened. I was extremely impressed because, with my Mini3Pro that I bought 18 months ago from a French dealer, setting up Care Refresh was a nightmare.

This is a great video. It really taught me that there is no one present for settings when flying a nice drone. The array of settings allows you to change the behavior of your drone according to the environment you’re flying in.
