I learned this song by ear by listening to the song over and over and playing along. Hitting tandom notes until they matched and I memorized them. I wanted to play it in the key that Louis sang it in. I only saw sheet music in lower keys. I van play this song with is now. I used to have a video of me playing this on YouTube what YouTube put a copyright claim on it so I took it down.

I learnd that song. In most jazz peices it tells you to think of eith notedls as the first being 2 triplets tied & the secend being the remaining. If you did that it would be 100 times beter sounding.

I think the notes/tune are easy to play but it’s harder to get the same quality of sound. I’m trying to improve my sound quality 💜 to not just play the notes, but really express the music with feeling if that makes sense

This key is really fat and fun to play it in. You can soar a little on the other part the “how do you do I love you” part. It’s not the Louis Armstrong key is it?
