my cambridge degree results: live reaction (part iii masters in mathematics)

Results are here! I'm sorry for how much of a nervous wreck I was in this video. I got my results over 3 weeks ago and it *still* hasn't sunk in😢 As always, please like, subscribe and comment - it means the world! :)

For those that are new here... my name is Ellie and I'm a student at the University of Cambridge studying Part III Masters of the Mathematical Tripos (basically a fancy way of saying I'm studying a maths masters lol) and I am in Sidney Sussex College! I love maths, space and tech (I have a tech channel too!) and I'm so excited to share this new chapter with you all 💛

Just stumbled upon this Ellie (..I swear the YouTube algorithm can read my mind!).. I did Part III Maths too a few years ago and similarly had a very tough year - I collapsed in my room during the year and ended up in Addenbrooks for two months during the course which inevitably made things even more troublesome (!).. I questioned whether to drop off the course but found strength within and pushed myself back through it all and thankfully ended up getting one of the Part III senior wrangler prizes (Wishart) in the end which made all the stress worthwhile.. I basically can completely empathise with what you went through and your elation on passing - you deserve to feel super proud of yourself! :-)
