Can this be swapped onto a 2018 2500 with 68RFE fully deleted? Or is it strictly for the trucks with fully intact emissions systems

My 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins has gone into the 5 mph mode due to my def failure. I have ordered a complete delete kit and was just wondering if the tune would still do its job and take it off of that mode? If it doesn't I will have wasted money for nothing. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

What mpg would I get with this tuner with oem exhaust and no delete and also would I be able to deletethe def? Because when I tow with a gooseneck my mpgs are horrible 🤬🤬
