That's a China Railways 0-8-0 Class C2. They're Chinese copies of the Soviet Pt-4 locomotives and were produced between 1952 and 1988. The massive majority of Chinese steam locomotives built after WW2 were copies of or based off both Soviet and American designs.

Everyones saying its a clapped beat old loco. But its burning clean, no smoke meaning good steam flow through the flukes, no odd chatters or bangs. Mechanically it seems pretty solid still.
