He was made for both Johnny Storm and Steve Rogers!

As Johnny he was exactly what I expected the character to be in real life ( I’ve read the comics since I was roughly 7yo).

And then he was hired as Cap and though I frowned at him portraying the Boy Scout Steve ( because of the FF and Cellular) though I thought he had the looks down.

I remember when I heard he was going to be Captain America, I was like "thats an interesting choice" because of his role as Johnny Storm. But he exceeded my expectations proving that this man is a fantastic actor.

Fun fact: Matt Salinger who played the 1990 captain america was the son of J.D. Salinger who wrote Catcher in the Rye, in which he showcases his hatred of Hollywood

Its crazy cause he Is who i Will think of when I think of Captain America for the rest of my life. Its not even that the movies were very good, or even his acting, to me he's just like iconically Captain America
