that island of rocks would be a choice place to build a stone-pitched house, gardens walls ect, water tank everything with stone and bring your own concrete powder !

I have the same type of Bimini top/roof on my boat here in the states. One can very easily take it off the boat and use it on dry ground to make shade.

What you diggers seem to need are mud-shoes, like snow-shoes but for mud.
