One of the first videos in a while that I’ve watched 100% of, and even more than that, didn’t skip forward even once, something about the calm yet informative flow just allows me to watch all of it. Great work man, I can relate to you a lot in the way that I love freelance video that way I can be flexible with my time. Also on the side I also prioritize mental health and other fitness topics as well as I find that’s one thing that I’ve needed the most work on throughout my life. That’s part of the journey though man !
