Ryzen 7 5700G vs Ryzen 7 5700X - Any Difference?

In this video, I'm testing the Ryzen 7 5700G vs the Ryzen 7 5700X in different games like Fortnite, Warzone and Cyberpunk. The Ryzen 7 5700G came out in 2021. The R7 5700G has 8 cores and 16 threads with a TDP of 65W. The base clock of the Ryzen 7 5700G is 3.8 GHz and a turbo frequency of 4.6 GHz. The AMD Ryzen 7 5700X came out in 2022, it has 8 cores with 16 threads, the base frequency is 3.4GHz and the turbo frequency is 4.6GHz. The R7 5700X has a TDP of 105W and has a transistor size of 7 nm.

It looks like the biggest difference is that although the G gets a few less fps on average, it runs at significantly less power draw.

The differences are not significant. Just get the 5700x if you're not planning to use APU and vice versa.

Dude, when you test processors, your FPS should not be limited by your video card, like how in: rdr2, Valheim, Witcher3, cp2077, forza. 🤦‍♂

in games like a PUBG or CS2 /Valorant difference will be massive. Mb +30-40% to 5700x because l3 cache

😂🤣😂 Glad I googled Ryzen I thought Ryzen was a manufacturer of Lithium Ion batteries. Video gaming has come a long way since I got my first tennis game (line down the centre of the screen a short line each side of the screen and you hit a square dot) back in the late 60s. And 60 now still love the odd game but the tech mostly goes over my head these days. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
