Art C Groove Tool Review Demo

Today I'm looking at the Art-C Groove Tool for painting and sanding. This tool- which looks like a motorized face brush- has 4 heads that include a foam tip, brush tip, and ones for coarse sanding and fine sanding. I try out the tool on cardstock, YUPO and polymer clay for general craft purposes, as well as trying out different kinds of paint, pastels, inks, and even gelatos with it.

Hey Jenny, I took the foam off, attached a loop side Velcro round disk, and use my Tim Holtz foam circles. It's quick and easy to change the foam, since I have one for each distressed pad already attached to my ink pads.

I have weak hands due to a chronic illness and this tool is so helpful! It really saves my strength on repetitive movements like ink blending or inking through a stencil. Well worth the money, especially if you can get it with a coupon. Thanks so much for this review which has shown me even more uses for it!

I have this and I love it for so many different things. I got mine with a coupon at hobby lobby. I think it retailed for$19.99 and I used the 40% off. So about$12. Then I bought several different sponge heads for 40% off on subsequent trips. I have one for every color and they do wash well. They work great with stencils as demonstrated. Thanks for the video.

If you never used it for paint, it looks like it would be a great tool to wash a baby's head who has cradle cap...um. Otherwise it looks like a fun tool for an art as well👍

Thanks for the review Jenny. This tool seems like a waste of money to me. You would save money using a real round brush and foam round, the motor really isn't strong enough to do any major sanding....IDK....I will pass I think.
