New to the game started with a volt and I have no regrets with that speed and I put an insane grind into a lot of things especially the corrupted mods and gauss (I get him in 3 days I'm exited this took weeks) and as I was messing with my mods the min maxing was confusing me for a good minute. I figured it out and got drain to a minimum and found it unbelievably valuable, cut a lot of my drain to less than a quarter. My Ember Rhino and Titania LOVE this priceless power. The video probably helped a lot of people, I found it useful.

Blind Range and Fleeting Experies are perfect examples of why you don't max mods. A half ranked Blind Range can be countered by a full ranked Streamline giving you a free 54% power strenght. While efficiency caps at 175% so you don't want that Fleeting to take more than required Duration.
