I could be wrong, because I'm new as well, but I think when you put everyone on learning they don't tend to do anything else. So you have to interupt it by allowing them to pray, sometimes sleep, sometimes even eat! It's probably a bug. When I stopped assigning everyone to reading books, I stopped getting crazy nobles.

Edit: By interupt I mean they have those little icons you can click to change their current priorities. Also, one of the previous videos you were looking how to create routes. It's under the army section in the build menu. You build the routes (they look like signs) for either day or night. You also can increase the radius.

You can reward a lord with rings to increase their loyalty. Gives them 25 loyalty I believe.

You should be able to trade with Dust Valley regardless of their opinion of you, since you're part of the same state.

Also, increased immigration is a good thing, just make sure to give the new peasants more stuff to do (unemployed peasants increase amount of crime).

I do not understand this game. It says my lord is (craving for beer -24).) We have a beer, but he doesn't drink it. I see other NPCs drinking beer. He craves beer, but he doesn't drink it. WTF am I supposed to do?
