Shocking flooding at new build house of horrors

We've received a complaint about the quality of work completed at a Ben Bailey's Homes new build. The property has a number of problems, ranging from faulty heating to the shocking flooding seen in this video.

We encourage the company to respond publicly to the customer, and resolve these issues.
