Since he didn't say the first shrine name, it's the Ree Dahee Shrine. This one is located at the bottom of the mountain, north side of the stream. There are two shrines at the tops of each mountain as well.

In the first shrine (Ree Dahee Shrine), one other way to keep the floor tilted up is to use time stop on the platform switch. This way you don't have to cross over to the other side and use the barrels.

THE SHRINE NAMES:
The first shrine is called Ree Dahee Shrine,
the second shrine is called Chaas Qeta Shrine,
and the third is called Tahno O’ah Shrine.

Pro tip: getting the entire set in botw/totk to level 2 will give you a set bonus that lowers the stanima cost when jumping

Oh well... At this point I've got so much stamina it's hardly necessary...
