I would never consider putting banana on a breakfast sandwich, but that actually looks really good. I also like the way you salted and flattened the bread in the hot pan. We have a fam member currently that they getting two per day. My aunt saves her one piece for her grandbabby lunch at school ; she only eats bread the few times she can buy in dllrs and even those its a luxury the cant have everyday ❤
