Your voice always floating in my mind whenever I am in gym. Yes I copy the exercise from any YouTube video, maybe this is the reason no muscle so far and I am also worried about weight gain as it first come on my stomach.😢

100%true, every beginner wants to build muscle without gaining fat in a very short period of time .u can gain fat with in a days .but for mass we should work had and patient for a months or may b 1.5 according to your goals❤❤
