Came across this just by acident whilst looking into opening an etsy shop, rules regulations etc, Good also to add that your business is insured. Covers your Business for anything that a customer may claim against your product, it can help as some try to make money saying your product was either dangerous etc. Is a life saver. I make sure i list as many caustions like only to be purchased for 3+ etc if toys, or have hand sewn add ons added to a product, myself i test it these type of items first. It could be that amber is banned because you can find parts of phosphorus in nature that look like amber but have flammable properties.
