Hey Rob I am back on this "yogi' diet. Haven't eaten it for sometime. It is a good cleanser and provides plenty of energy! Also I like it as a fast breaking meal. Yummy too😁

I made this again today. This time I steamed kale instead of collard. Also added some watermelon I had around along with the pineapple. I used whole sesame seeds instead of gamasio and apple cider vinegar instead of plum.

Anyone else tried this besides Rob and I ? It's really a good meal, tasty, inexpensive and easy to make. Also you can eat it until you are full and not feel bad, or feel like you over ate.

Hi Rob:) what do you mean by "non of this food sticks to me"? Can you please elaborate on which foods to avoid that do 'stick' and those that 'just flow through'? Thank you<3

Is brown rice not better than white rice overall, I know you'd have to cook the rice first...but it adds fibre and nuttiness aswell..:)

The rice i used in this video is basmati. I like it the best. Taste great and is easy to digest. Brown rice is also good. White rice is great to, just make sure its organic and that you rinse or soak it before making it.

Hot July here in Seattle. Thought this would make for a good warm weather meal. I made it with everything but gamasio and plum vinegar. I had to Google gamasio it to find out what it was, lol.

I liked it. I am going to make it again. For the greens I sauté a bunch of collared greens in olive oil. There is fresh pineapple in the stores now too.
