I have a brother 4 years older who lives in France with his family. We get on very well with eachother and everytime he comes to visit me in Italy it is as if we wouldn't live in different countries, we are able to keep a good connection and have a lot of topics to talk about

Jeremy had one sibling and his name was Geoff. Jeremy didn't get on well with Geoff. For one, Geoff was very bossy. Geoff also liked to march to his own drum, so he decided to become a Sith, rather than to become a Jedi, which is what Jeremy wanted to do. The Sith completely spoiled Geoff so he could fully embrace the power of the dark side. When the Jedi thought Geoff was out of control and needed to be stopped, they sent Jeremy to confront him. However, that put Jeremy on the spot, because he didn't want to fight his own brother.

I have one sister and I get on well with her but not always, because we have different lifestyles. We disagree in some things. I might get on better with people which I have more things in common with. Many thanks to you both for your great lessons on any subject!

Just a note for myself ;)) * Please ignore if you're bothered*

The phrase "Why does that even get bandied around?" means asking why a particular idea, rumor, or statement is being discussed or spread, especially if it seems unnecessary or unfounded. In Vietnamese, it could be translated as:

"Tại sao điều đó lại được lan truyền?" or "Tại sao người ta lại bàn tán về điều đó?"

This question is often used when someone doubts the importance or truth of what's being discussed.

The phrase "Is there any substance to that?" means asking whether there is any truth, validity, or real basis behind something that has been said, claimed, or suggested. In Vietnamese, it could be translated as:

"Có căn cứ nào cho điều đó không?" or "Điều đó có thật không?"

It’s used when someone is questioning if a statement or rumor is genuine or supported by facts.
