Your story is a lot of people's story, including mine. Transitioning from anime to a more realistic drawing, not studying anatomy so much while growing up, having a hard time with the proper place of each feature and all that. Specially because anime from the 2000's etc, their anatomy wasn't really accurate, so I grew up just memorizing what I saw in the anime style and I remember only drawing stiff poses, hiding hands and feet, not drawing backgrounds (nature, houses, cities, places etc) and not coloring my drawings, so now I regret so much because I have to learn everything at once now lol. Recently begun challenging myself to sketch and paint faces in parts and full to study them. They still feel daunting and I get moments I fear messing up but I am gaining confidence the more I start to understand them. I aim to gain the same level of confidence you give each stroke so my sketches and finished lineart comes out looking as polished! Adorable mug

For working on your face geometry I suggest skull studies. For ears in particular look at where the cheek bone connects to the side of the skull. The ear plugs into the little dome thing where the cheek bone and jaw meet/end.

The most scaring drawing exercise. Not only the realism, anime/cartoon face tends to make my drawing asymmetrical .but I will do this exercise soon

these sketches are good to look at. it's good to see someone draw really good but still make mistakes.
so you can analyze them and implement the improvements in your own art.
b.t.w. noses are hard... the hardest part imo is that in most art styles you don't draw noses at all like how they're really like..

I love the wintery, Christmas music 😁 Made me like winter a little bit when I was hating it so much. It's summer where I am like for most people but the thought of the cold coming was bothering me a bit but the music in this video somehow made my feelings on winter chill a little
