Jodi Arias Trial Update: Jury Unable to Agree on Death Penalty, Mistrial Called

It seems to me that once the defence used an attack by intruders to show how the victim was killed didn't work, which was a lie, they turned completely around and said the victim was killed in self defense by the killer, arias. I can't believe this would be even accepted by the court. If the new defense wouldn't work as well, could the defense come up with yet another completely different defense?

I don't blame the jury...some people feel okay with putting someone to death and being responsible for that persons death, others have more of a conscience and cannot live with themselves for "murdering" her. Because lets get technical the death penalty is murder.

How can the new jury be non-bias if they've followed all the news dramatization of this case?
I understand why so many people would prefer her to get the death penalty...but unfortunately two wrongs dont make a right...

Yes, they came with a verdict: They sentenced Travis's family to the pain and agony of going through the same hell again. Some of the jurors probably fell in love with J.A aka "three hole wonder". Some of them LIED during jury selection saying they are ok with a death sentence. Hope they dont sleep thinking of Travis slow death.

Because everyone was able to becoming better acquainted with Jodi, her family and her disabilities. There are things that Jodi wants to inspire peoples away from the wrong that she has done. The prosecutor was annoying me to death with going into unnecessary loops; he had nothing nice to say about Jodi.

No justice, just human emotion and opinion. What the hells it needed 14 hours to decide yes or no? I would have decided in 5 seconds! Did they heard them enough? Maybe someone in the jury box might want some romance with JA.
