Jodi Arias Trial Update: Death Penalty Not a Sure Thing

The only reason she says she would prefer the DP is so the jury will give her life without parol. Hoping they will have the 'we won't give her what she wants' attitude. I do not believe for one second that she wants the death penalty. After listening to her lies after lies this is just another of her lies.

This crime does not warrant the death penalty. She killed, but only one person, fueled by love and retribution. The public sentiment should not cost a person their life. Life in prison seems most appropriate. It is ridiculous how a domestic murder case gets so blown out of proportion in the media spotlight.

Jodi arias has displayed aggravating factors in her murder of an innocent man. Not only was it clearly premeditated but extremely, extraordinarily violent and cruel in the way it was carried out. The death penalty exists for people just like her. She deserves it and should get it but probably won't.
