Fast cap has been my one and only tape for the longest and the only company I found that makes tape for left handed folks.

They also come with an erasable notepad, but you defeat that feature with your sticker

Easily my favorite tape. It's dead on with my Starrett combo square, and I'm surprised how much easier it is to read with every fraction line marked. The lefty/righty is fairly convenient at times. And they aren't expensive!

My problems are that the tape twists or kinks far too quickly, no matter how well you try to treat them. It would be nice if replacement tapes vould be easily installed in the old case. I go through several every year and it adds up

We have them at my school wood shop and they get dropped and get tossed from the second floor to catch them but most people don’t catch them and they hit the floor hard and still work good we have broken one due to the years of use and at that point most of the common used numbers are gone and hard to seen

I have a 12' Starrett that I've had for over 20 years, and I love it for my pipe fitting .Can't find that metal model anymore. Most of the new tape measures I've gotten lately just don't last.

Those belt clips wear out all the time on me. I've found myself replacing the fastcap belt clip with one from a Stanley tape measure ironically

Pencil sharper is a nice touch. Although I generally use carpenter pencils...and yea I'm randomly losing the sharpener. Maybe I should affix it to my tape measure.
