If you are buying used don’t make an appointment. It gives them time to make the car as perfect as possible. I Looked at a used car once and when they gave me the keys the screen didn’t work. Turns out it’s a common issue on those models, had they got it working with a reboot before I arrived I would have never known

Make sure you make the dealers life miserable when they try their games. Get pre-approved, lock your 3 credit scores and don't sign an application when they tell you it's required. Don't go into the dealership without them proving an out the door quote and always make sure you know what vehicles you want and know the price of each type.

Just wanted to say thanks. Wife and I bought 2 cars and your videos on buying in the new norm was super helpful and made the process run much smoother at the dealership. Was in awe at how fast the purchase process was and the amount of leverage I had from your tips.

Ha ha lost credibility in the first second. First tip should have been: Don't by a BMW. Bad reliability reputation and huge money pit especially after 100K miles.

Your buying a new car. 3 hour test drive?! How about you bring a mechanic with you. It would be cheaper than losing the time.

When I’m buying a car at the dealership, I do not wait three hours. I told him I want the car then I go to lunch and then tell them get the paperwork ready by the time I get back.

Wrong! Only 2 trips are needed.
1. Go to lot and get the VIN from the car or truck you want. Run it through KBB or Edmonds. Get a real price. And test drive.
2. Arrive and get a sales guy. Never talk finance with sales guy since he can not sell the car. Its the finance guy.

How about slow down your speech so I can understand what you’re saying. Decaf is on the left Jesus.
