[Australian Inspiration Day] Teamwork development through self and peer assessment

This session explains the Self and Peer Review of Teamwork Skills strategy, developed in the Faculty of Science Engineering and Built environment (SEBE). Supporting and encouraging the development of student teamwork skills for the world of work. Students develop evaluative judgment skills against predefined standards next to their skills in giving, receiving, and reflecting on feedback. Using Group Contribution Grading for the individualization of team marks.
