For those who are interested this is called auto brewery syndrome or sometimes just brewery syndrome. It basically means that one’s body has the ability to turn carbohydrates straight into alcohol.

It’s called auto brewery syndrome. And unfortunately, it doesn’t make u feel drunk or buzzed. It does however cause coordination loss and dizziness like alcohol does, but no “happy feeling”. The only way to avoid death is to limit ur carb intake. Poor souls 😢

This is actually called "Alcohol Brewery Syndrome" and is extremely rare. Only a handful of hospitals in the U.S. know how to treat it. I know because my Mom has it.

this is quite literally real life Demoman from TF2.

If you didn't know, in the comics (lore), the Demoman can create it's own alcohol, certain organs are distilleries, and he can't even eat food because his body thinks normal food is poison to the body and only alcohol is the acceptable food source.
At one point, he even managed to make some blood sucking robots drunk just because they tried to suck his blood when he hadn't been given alcohol for a few days.

Update: This lady after being diagnosed later cut out all carbohydrates as this medical condition affects the body just like being an actual alcoholic would if not worse. She now is completely sober and has much better health since being diagnosed. I forgot her name but she also shares awareness on the condition to help others.
