I always try to learn keyboard shortcuts for specific apps but I haven’t bothered for plain old windows. Great video!

Rather than pressing Windows + S I just press the Windows key and start typing the name of the app I want and press enter. It is very fast once you get used to it. Good tips thank you 👍😎🇦🇺

I often copy text from a website or PDF and need to paste it without formatting. Ctrl + Alt + V. Great videos Scott!

Windows + E opens File Explorer. I use this to quickly open multiple folders for dragging files around.

O.M.G. I am lazy and is all about least amount of movement to do the same thing. I love the mouse, but I’m all about able to do things without moving away from the keyboard. I only know about the first one….and I thought that is the most “duh” shortcuts…but….I know people who actually didn’t know about that. Thank you for sharing, you are a life saver!

Even I tend to forget how really 'productive' keyboard shortcuts are. Thanks Scott for the reminder! 🙂

Windows key + W gets a white board and your last snippet and you can highlight/edit/add to them. Also my best shortcut situation is right click on the Windows taskbar and include my most used folder as a shortcut. What I like about this is when I click on it, it opens up a tree form of my subfolders/files and I can quickly hover and look into all my subfolders/files to see and open what I'm looking for and I can cut and paste/drag and drop so fast to move files/folders where I nest them. Super fast!!

Ctrl + C & Ctrl + V have become crucial for me. Both for work & personal use. The 1st couple times, I kept forgetting & using Ctrl + P. Annoying printing stuff would pop up.
But if anyone didn’t know, control & P is for PRINT. Could be useful.

Great video thanks - always learning something.
Ctrl+Shift+V will paste text as plain text.
Except in Office! Here the shortcut is Ctrl-Alt-V to bring up some choices or just past (Ctrl-V) then select options using the Tooltip icon that appears at the end of your pasted text
Thanks again
