There are lots of things I don’t like about the internet. But people teaching each other old worldy stuff like this is one of the things that gives me the warm and fuzzies. Thanks for creating, it makes the online world a sweeter space.

I have learned so much from YouTube.. more than I ever did from school.. that’s sad.. but I am grateful! We should be teaching stuff like this to children

Instructions are easy enough for anyone to understand. You could even use the clothes of a deceased loved, repurpose a child's favorite blanket, or use material from clothes that are not suitable for donation. Thanks so much for this tutorial!

I love youtube as a way of passing down old traditions for people who didn't have someone to teach them. This is a great tutorial.

Eloquently spoken. Simple instruction - no convoluted speak. Wonderful, thanks to a good teacher. And I was glad you showed us to make the needle/tool. No dashing to the store to start this new hobby! Thank you so much, Barri-Jayne. A dollar saved is a dollar earned! 😊

I Care for a lady with dementia who gets agitated if I play anything she can hear. But your demonstration is so clear I can see what to do even if I can't play it out loud at all. Thank you!

You have the most lovely gentle and calm voice. I could watch for that alone but a great tutorial is a bonus xxx

I was cutting old tee shirts into rags and thinking there had to be a better use for old fabric. I came across your video and you are so patient and wonderful at explaining all of the steps. I am now going to be on the hunt for some fabric to try this. Your work is just beautiful! Thank you!

I love this. I never use the cover sheet because I prefer comforters. Now I'll get a cute rug out of it!
