Another way is to drill a hole into the concrete (which does not cause cracking), and glue a screw into it - stainless steel if it has to be weatherproof.

Повелся на такую рекламу. Купил такие дюбеля. Стал экспериментировать. У порохового китайского пистолета 4 режима силы удара. Регулируются путем выкручивания винтивов в пороховом стволе.
Так вот на 4 режиме при срабатывании этого дюбеля заминает почти 2 витка резьбы-естественно ничего никуда не накрутишь. На 3 режиме чуть меньше, на втором еще чуть меньше. На первом режиме ничего не Ура!!!! Епта.
Но на первом режиме дюбель не добивается на полную длину. Короче фигня все это

I would think twice about putting these in a concrete slab as they seem a trip hazard. also firing them into the concrete seems as if a crack could occur. In the UK there is available a different system, they are brass inserts of various thread sizes where one drills a hole so that the insert is flush and no cracks. The centre of the insert is threaded in sizes 1/4" to 3/8" to enable you to hold down heavy fittings which can be readily removed if required, such as heavy sun umbrellas. Basically the idea is that the brass unit expands as a bolt is tightened
