I am thinking of getting one but i really have a question, is there a way to remove the battery? I know in nexus 7 the battery is not removable but there are videos showing on youtube how to remove it. I search for videos showing how to remove the lg gpad battery but no results, anybody know if there is a way to open the back cover and replace the battery?

Tablets are saturated, Apple is a BRAND, that's the difference. Most these tablets are being thrown at the wall and hoping they stick, can't fault them for trying its a huge market but most tablets are IDENTICAL, they need to carve out a BRAND = BETTER ADS

Looks like a decent tab but I still prefer the iPad mini amount the smaller tablets and it will be even better with the second generation of the iPad mini with retina display and the a7

youre not going to notice any difference between 600 and 800 so it doesnt matter. being an aluminum back this will scratch very easily, they should have used polycarbonate

Absolutely. I'll buy this thing (surprisingly affordable at € 299 over here in Germany) if there is an active developer community that provides proper Custom ROMs on this thing.

This is definitely better than the Nexus 7 in pretty much every catagory EXCEPT price, which is usually what wins people over when deciding between devices.
