He elaborates how SAP implementation accelerated Thames Water to enhance customer experience through simplified billing processes leveraging SAP IS-U and C4C. The current SAP solution implemented platform significantly improves the legacy system developed 20 years ago and lays the foundations for moving to an Agile/ DevOps setup for progressive improvements in the future.

We went live with that, and I think for them, it's a fantastic opportunity for us to really get into a highly active fast-paced improvement model to deliver more capability, which in most large-scale CRM and billing platforms are still quite waterfall-based. So, I think that's going to be exciting for them, and I'm sure it's going to be exciting for us."
