Crazy how Olmo, arguably their best player, has been coming off the bench for most of the tournament. So much talent and depth

For Mikel Merino, that was also the same stadium where he made his debut for the national team.

All I'm hoping is that it won't be decided by a RIDICULOUS VAR-penalty.

Oh and that Spain wins!! 😁😁

Let's hope Spain honors the tradition of England not winning a tournament in modern memory.

Spain deserves it way more. Classified perfectly from the group of death, eliminated the host nation and favorites for the tournament in Germany as well as France. England hasn’t done anything, if they win it’ll be extremely undeserved

To all the replies that go against my initial statement. Spain had by far the hardest run into the final, if Germany or France were on the other side of the bracket they would’ve made it to the final over England. The only reason England was there is because they beat teams that are way inferior to them, they did a good job yes but they had a lot of luck in their bracket as they never faced a side that is internationally known as dangerous except for maybe Netherlands. It’s unfair to say “the road is irrelevant” when one team literally had to beat two powerhouses, whilst the other struggled against the “easier” teams in the tournament

Even from the thumbnail alone, it's incredible the face of the Spanish national team is a 16yo.

Thanks Rabona TV! I know it means nothing in the long haul, but I appreciate this channel significantly. Keep providing us with great updates, very fair and impartial analysis, and compelling stories of players and teams from current or from a previous era.

I said whoever wins the Germany v Spain match would win this tournament. Spain will win the final. They have a good defense with great technicians in midfield. Nico and Yamal are great 1 v 1 threats. This final will be so good to watch

I agree with you Adrian. As usual, you're always on point.

Lamine Yamal is destined for the stars, and given his performances at this Euros, it'd be quite a thing to announce his entry on the big stage of stardom with this victory on Sunday. I mean it'd be epic, wouldn't it? It'd be a throwback to how Pele announced himself back in 1958 as a 17. Yamal turns 17 tomorrow, July 13, and what a befitting birthday present it'd be for me, you know?

However, I feel this Spainish team still has time on their hands to grow and evolve in a fearsome team. This team pretty much reminds me of the Spanish team at the world cup in 2006 in Germany (yeah, on this same German soil, right?). They had the flair and the dazzle but against the much-experienced French team in that round-of-16 match, they huffed and puffed all night, scoring first, but eventually lost the game 3-1 that night. The experience of Zinedine Zidane, Lilian Thuram, Patrick Viera, Makele, Thierry Henry, Florient Maoluda, the emerging talent of Franck Ribéry, etc, proved too strong for that Spanish team. I mean David Villa scored first in that game after 27 minutes, deservedly putting the Spaniards ahead. Ribéry equalized after just 14 minutes. And the game dragged on until the 83rd when Patrick Viera scored through a set-piece, while Zidane capped it off in the 90th with a master class.

My point is this: when you have an experienced team, even if you're on a back-foot for much of the game, for as long you can hold it together with solid defensive shape, and you have the talent, youthful trickery, and intelligence to take your opportunities in those moments in the game, then you're more likely to make it in the end. And I think this England team has it over Spain. So while my head says it's going to be Spain, my heart says it's England, and so for sentimental and emotional reasons, I believe England will win on Sunday.

And looking on the bright side, that Spanish team who lost to France 3-1 in 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, went ahead to win the Euros in 2008, the World Cup in 2010 in South Africa, and retained their European crown at the next Euros in 2012.

For now, let the English fans have their, "It's coming home!" prophetic chants fulfilled for once, will you? Lol.

As an England fan, not sure anything can top the ecstasy of Watkins goal. I think given the ludicrous expectations that England were somehow favorites, its actually good for fans and the squad to go into the final as underdogs. Who knows, we may pull a Greece 2004. Excited to be in the final. May the best team win and hope for a great game, even if it ends in heartbreak for Southgate and co. The journey has been incredible.

Lucky to play Switzerland? Who was winning against Germany until 89th min and easily defeated Italy, scored first against England, defeat on shootout, and was considered one of the most beautiful team in this tournament? Little more respect please, at least for this year?

As good as my team Spain has played all tournament long, I don't like playing against England one bit. Southgate has them playing at 40% of their power, but it just takes a moment of inspiration from one of their talented players to make some serious damage...

It's actually nice to see England as the underdog. Honestly, people have counted them out EVERY SINGLE GAME post group stage, and yet, they're still here. I don't know, I just feel like this is England's to win. There's a weird team of destiny thing going on.
