BMW Cruise Control vs ACC

So you just got a BMW, you hear about and read about Adaptive Cruise Control (distance Control) in your manual... but you don't seem to have it?... This video goes over each of the buttons lay outs you'll find on models and what they mean. Also I will go over how you can check real quick if you have Driver Assistance Professional or not just by looking at your steering wheel or your settings.

I'm sitting in a rental in Vegas a '24 BMW X5 & I'm shocked there's no adaptive cruise control just regular cruise this feels old canceling cruise when approaching a car on the highway

Back home I've got a '16 Lexus RX with Adaptive cruise came standard
That's a reason for me to stay with the Lexus RX because adaptive cruise is standard actually in most modern cars '21 & newer except this BMW sucks

Does DCC also slow down when I'm at curves? There's no setting for this but I noticed a delay in acceleration when I'm making a turn, i.e. when im going 35 mph into a sharp turn it would lower down to 32 then quickly accelerate up to 35. This doesn't always happen, and most of the time I don't know if I can rely on it or have to slow down myself.

Is the minimum CC and Lim speed 20 mph unable to go lower? Sometimes I want to initialize it before I reach 20 mph but seems no option for that in us

Hello, I am in the market in purchasing a 2019-2022 3series with ACC I just test drove a car today and they ensured me that it had that but it did not. Does the 3 series come with this feature, and if so would it always show by looking at the steering wheel or would it be in the settings? Thanks & GOD Bless!

Looks can be deceiveing. There's a hardware upgrade that some modles and some don't but BMW sells the optiion at the same price <:)
