Portsmouth were once a staple in Premier League football, signings the likes of David James and Peter Crouch. They won the FA Cup in 2008 and competed in Europe against the likes of AC Milan. Two years later, everything fell apart. The club entered administration with over £100 million in dept and suffered three successive relegations, finding themselves in League Two and almost going out of business. They look a lot financially healthier now, but they remain stranded in the third tier, EFL League One. Today, I become the new manager and I make this historic team the best in both domestic and European football, but with a twist. No money is being spent, hence this is a free agents only rebuild.
