Camp Day2Day

Camp Day2Day is a free five-day camp for children with type 1 and 2 diabetes and who have been diagnosed as prediabetic. Campers also are encouraged to invite a friend or sibling to join them at camp. With a focus on fun, this free camp includes swimming, arts and crafts, fitness, health education, group counseling, nutritional guidance, blood glucose monitoring, medication management, symptom control and coping mechanisms. Camp Day2Day is supervised by medical practitioners and health educators.
