Thanks for the video it explains the process more clearly about how this treatment will hopefully work. It was reported that trails on humans were starting this year 2019 after tests had been completed on sheep. Originally reports stated that trails would take about 10yrs & that was 4yrs ago. It also stated that you were doing trails on patients that weren’t showing symptoms & I was wondered why chose those patients? wonder if this could be used in conjunction with the g127v homotype prion variant to transport it through the blood brain barrier through some type of spinal or jugular catheter? Im not sure if the microbubble agents would denaturize it though. I saw on some site that theoretically the g127v might have trouble making it to the brain on its own or something like that

I've been doing scalp massage and skull tapping on the crown of my head when I feel the itchy and headaches that occur in the am and after exercise. I think it might be releasing the clogging in my BBB and slowing the Multiple Sclerosis onslaught?

Could this method be combined with a Nanoparticle mechanism? For example, the first method here, could be used to open the BBB and the Nanoparticles might provide greater precision when dealing with such conditions. The University of Boston has also used an approach using Nanoparticles for this very thing.
