A biological parent and an adoptive parent are both parents socially. So, a trans person and a cis person can, for the purposes of expediency, be called “man” or “woman”. To label trans people by biological sex publicly serves no one. The only places that is relevant are certain
medical or legal situations.

Listening to you talk about this is very interesting. A few questions for you, How old were you when you started transitioning with hormones and any surgeries? What do you think about gender reasignment treatments for minors? I assume you use the men's lockeroom at the gym? Lastly, I am a male that trains in MMA. Do you think someone like you should be able to train/fight with biological males? Thanks for any answers.
