5 lbs. chicken quarters
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
1 tbsp. sazon yoga
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning
1 tbsp. oil or melted butter

Bake on 350 for 40-45 minutes

Made this for Thanksgiving yesterday and we loved it! The chicken was very flavorful! The only thing I did differently was I cooked it on 400 for an hour or two longer due to our chicken quarters being larger and thicker. And I marinated it in the refrigerator for 3 days. Also, before cooking it I allowed the chicken to sit out for an hour to get room temperature.

I made this. Thanks for the tip of washing in vinegar. Also I never considered stabbing meat under skin or seasoning under skin. I learned a lot and it was delicious.

My family loved this chicken! Delicious! The one thing I will change next time, cooking it on 400 instead of 350. I had to put it back in for another 30 minutes. Keep doing what you do sweetie 💙👍👍👍👍👍

Made this today with quite a few substitutes for the seasonings. I served it with veg pilaf and a green salad along with some croissants. It was amazing! I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! - I cooked it at 350 degrees and it took about an hour for the thermometer to register 160 degrees in the thickest part of the chicken. The chicken was the juiciest and most flavorful I had had in a very long time!
