do you have any thoughts or opinions or philosophy on how classic raw or wrapped squatting should be trained under the thought process that one is less limited by quadriceps and possibly more limited by back extension, i.e what movements or variations could hypothetically be done to compensate for this?

having long femurs i had to use every cheating trick out there to reach full depth and still feel confortable, but it lead to to the goodmorning squat, i started doing leg press trying to hit my quads more and now i dont arch that much

i literally sat at a desk most of my days and am more flexible than 80% of these people truly sad times we live in. Low bar squats are silly in comparison to a real squat

Powerlifter squats are just not aesthetic at all. Why do squats that won't give you big quads like a weightlifter smh. Narrow your stance and push your knees forward
