I am US/ Italian dual citizen.

My wife is Filipino citizen, us 10-year green card holder, and Italian resident card holder.

My wife and I currently are in the USA her daughter is in Philippines. Her daughter is 9 years old and holds Philippine passport only.

Her daughter has traveled outside the Philippines into other Asian countries on several occasions.

We have begun the long process of attempting to get her a permanent resident status in the usa.

During this long way we are attempting to get her a visitor visa to the USA.

Hi ma’am, ask ko lang po.. mag 2 weeks na po kasi kami nag wawait ng email on what’s next after finishing CGI. Di ko po alam kung may hinihintay pa kami or may need ayusin sa mga finill up. Di ko naman po başta iPadala yung requirements via mail kung wala Pa sila go signal.

Hello po gud day po, , tanong lan po! kame pong magasawa ay may b1b2 na visa yun pong bunso ko na anak ay 12 year old, apply ko po sana ng visa na no appearance, tanong lan po? yun ds160 may tanong po dun kung nag ka visa na sya dati ang sagot ko po ay NO... pero yun sa CGI naman ganun din ang tanong pag No ang sagot sa appointment ang pasok ng application ng anak ko... Pero pag YES po ang sagot nakapasok kame sa no appointment. Pano po kayo yun? Maging ground po kaya yun para ma denied ang anak ko... Thank u po sa sagot

Hello po, thanks for the informative video. Currently nasa step 1 po ako, pero checking the link provided sa step 2 in the official website, "not found" po ang lumalabas sa website instead of the DS-160 form. Meron po bang alternative in this case?

Hi po. How did you know if you qualify for visa exemption? Was it through the appointment scheduling? Did you select "Has been previously issued a visa as YES?" even for first time applications since I'm applying for my baby. Thanks!
